1. Definitions
1.1. Chi Works Massage Studio & More: is a trade name of TAI CHI CHUAN, located at van Hoogstratenlaan 14, 2481 XC Woubrugge, registered under Chamber of Commerce number 27341282.
1.2. Client: the person with whom Chi Works Massage Studio & More has entered into an agreement.
1.3. Parties: Chi Works Massage Studio & More and the client together.

2. Applicability
2.1. These general terms and conditions apply to all services, quotations, offers, work, orders, products, agreements, and service deliveries offered by Chi Works Massage Studio & More to its clients.
2.2. By using the services of Chi Works Massage Studio & More, the client agrees to these general terms and conditions.
2.3. Parties can only deviate from these conditions if they have agreed to do so in writing.

3. Services
3.1. Chi Works Massage Studio & More offers various massage treatments, physical training, coaching, and related services. Chi Works Massage Studio & More also offers massage courses and workshops.
3.2. The client can choose from the available services as described in the menu or on the website of Chi Works Massage Studio & More.
3.3. Chi Works Massage Studio & More reserves the right to make changes to the offered services or to discontinue them without prior notice.
3.4. Chi Works Massage Studio & More requires that the minimum age of a client is 21 years for treatments and that the minimum age of a client is 18 years for courses or workshops.

4. Reservation and Cancellation

4.1. Reservation and Cancellation for Treatments
4.1.1. Appointments can be made via the contact form online or by phone, email, or in person.
4.1.2. The client is requested to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time.
4.1.3. In case of cancellation or rescheduling of the appointment, the client must notify Chi Works Massage Studio & More at least 24 hours in advance.
4.1.4. Failure to cancel or reschedule in a timely manner will result in a cancellation fee of the full amount being charged to the client.

4.2. Reservation and Cancellation for Massage Workshop for Two
4.2.1. The client is requested to first Sign-up via the online form.
4.2.2. Chi Works Massage Studio & More will then contact the client to schedule the appointment for the workshop.
4.2.3. The client must then make the full payment for the workshop within 4 working days.
4.2.4. The client is requested to arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before the scheduled appointment time, unless the client has previously notified Chi Works Massage Studio & More otherwise and it has been agreed upon.
4.2.5. A one-time free rescheduling due to circumstances is possible when Chi Works Massage Studio & More is consulted at least 24 hours before the agreed appointment, and under the condition that a new appointment will be possible to reschedule for both parties. If a new appointment cannot be rescheduled, then the workshop is considered cancelled and clause 4.2.6. applies.
4.2.6. In the event of complete cancellation by the client, the client will be refunded the full amount minus €60,- which cover the costs of the online teaching material and the administration costs. The client will already have access to the online teaching material.

4.3. Reservation and Cancellation for Massage Courses
4.3.1. The client is requested to first Sign-up via the online form.
4.3.2. Chi Works Massage Studio & More will contact the client to confirm receipt of the form. If the client signs-up with another person, then Chi Works Massage Studio & More will proceed to schedule appointments with the client for the course. If the client signs-up without another person, then the client is on a waiting list and as soon as Chi Works Massage Studio & More has a match for the client, appointments for the course will be scheduled that are suitable for all parties involved.
4.3.3. Courses taught at Chi Works Massage Studio are in conjunction with the OMB Academie. Each client will be sent a link to officially register and make the full payment via the OMB Academie. The client is expected to do this within 3 days. The terms and conditions of the OMB Academie then apply to your registration.

5. Prices
5.1. All prices for the services offered by Chi Works Massage Studio & More are stated in euros, including applicable taxes, and excluding any additional costs such as administration or travel expenses, unless expressly stated otherwise or agreed otherwise.
5.2. Chi Works Massage Studio & More may change all prices it charges for its services, whether on its website or elsewhere, at any time.
5.3. Prior to the implementation of a price increase, Chi Works Massage Studio & More will notify the client of the price adjustments.
5.4. The client has the right to terminate the agreement with Chi Works Massage Studio & More if they do not agree to the price increase.

6. Payments

6.1. Payments for Treatments
6.1.1. Payment can be made through an online payment request (Tikkie). If this does not work, cash payment is accepted, provided it is the exact amount.
6.1.2. Payment must be arranged right after the treatment, when asked for the payment, unless otherwise agreed.
6.1.3. In case of non-payment or insufficient funds, Chi Works Massage Studio & More reserves the right to refuse or terminate the service. Additionally, a debt collection agency may be engaged, and all costs associated with it will be charged to the client.
6.1.4. A gift voucher is valid for one year from the date of purchase. It is only valid for the person named on the gift voucher and is not redeemable for cash.

7. Health and Safety
7.1. The client must inform Chi Works Massage Studio & More of any existing medical conditions, allergies, or injuries that may affect the treatment.
7.2. Chi Works Massage Studio & More reserves the right to refuse treatment, course or workshop if there are contraindications or health risks regarding a client.
7.3. The client agrees to follow any instructions from Chi Works Massage Studio & More regarding health and safety during the treatment, or during a course or workshop.

8. Liability
8.1. Chi Works Massage Studio & More is solely liable for any damages suffered by the client if and to the extent that such damages are caused by intent or deliberate recklessness.
8.2. If Chi Works Massage Studio & More is liable for any damages, it is only liable for direct damages arising from or related to the performance of an agreement between Chi Works Massage Studio & More and the client.
8.3. Chi Works Massage Studio & More cannot be held liable for any injury, loss, or damage incurred during or after the massage treatment.
8.4. Chi Works Massage Studio & More is also never liable for indirect damages, such as consequential damages, loss of profits, missed savings, or damage to third parties.
8.5. The client acknowledges that the services provided by Chi Works Massage Studio & More are not a substitute for medical or psychological treatment and indemnifies Chi Works Massage Studio & More from any claims arising from such expectations.
8.6. All images, photos, colors, drawings, and descriptions on the website are indicative and approximate and cannot be the basis for compensation and/or (partial) dissolution of the agreement and/or suspension of any obligation.

9. Confidentiality and Privacy
9.1. Chi Works Massage Studio & More respects the client’s privacy and will treat all personal information confidentially, in accordance with applicable privacy laws.
9.2. The client’s personal information will only be used for providing the requested services and will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.

10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
10.1. Dutch law exclusively applies to any agreement between the parties.
10.2. These general terms and conditions are subject to the laws of the Netherlands, and any disputes will be submitted to the competent court where Chi Works Massage Studio & More is established or practices.
